Unlike other security companies that outsource their monitoring services, Commercial Instruments and Alarms keep our monitoring in-house to ensure better management of your security. We employ state-of-the-art computerized equipment and professionally trained dispatchers who diligently supervise fire and security alarm systems 24-Hours a day, 365 days a year.Our fully dedicated Central Station is listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (ID# 401500-001) which assures our clients that we have met the rigid standards for equipment reliabilty and competency. It is the UL standard by which fire departments, insurance companies, and governmental agencies rate alarm companies.We monitor locally, here in Fishkill, New York.
