Should service be required, we pride ourselves on same day/next day service. We offer Emergency Service for those requiring service after normal business hours (8:30-4:30). Our Service Technicians have a thorough knowledge of the systems installed by CIA and are able to troubleshoot problems efficiently. Servicing will result in maintaining peak performance that your system was intended to provide.Our Inspector’s have a working knowledge of State and Municipal requirements which directly impacts the inspection process for both Commercial and Residential Systems. CIA is leading the industry in utilizing a standard format for all inspection reports and our Inspection Team plays a major role in this endeavor.During the inspection process, all devices are tested and when necessary, cleaned to ensure each device is fully functional and operational.Upon completion of the inspection, if requested, we will provide a certified report of our inspection and recommendations for consideration.
